Pricing and Payment

Payment before shipment.

Our minimum order value is £250 + VAT.

The wholesale price shown excludes VAT and delivery costs.

Prices shown per piece.

No minimum pack quantities.

Please note some prices may be subject to change.

We do not authorise the sale of our products on any online marketplaces unless otherwise agreed.

 

Shipping

UK Shipping: £10

UK Carriage paid for orders over £500 + VAT.

International Shipping: £25

International customers are responsible for any additional import fees, tariffs, or taxes.

 

Returns

The buyer must notify us of any defects, damage, shortage or other issues to wholesale@junkjewels.co.uk within seven days of receipt. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

Lead Times

Large orders and products marked with 'NEW' can expect a lead time of 8-10 weeks.

In stock items

Orders placed before 2 pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.
