If you are placing an order to be sent outside of the UK, you will be charged the International Shipping rate of £2.50. Orders sent to Western Europe usually arrive within 3-7 working days, Eastern Europe 7-10 working days and the rest of the world 7-12 working days, following the day of order placed. Junk Jewels cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched to overseas locations. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery that may occur due to postal delays in other countries or forces beyond our control.
Exchanges & Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. If you are not happy you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. *This does not include made to measure or personalised items. Please notify us at email@example.com to tell us the reason for your return and we will send you details of where to send your returned order.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Please include your full name, email and postal address within your return and remember to pay the correct postage costs (Our packages are usually sent with a Large 1st class stamp). Any returns sent with the incorrect postage stamps will not reach us and therefore your refund will not be completed.
*Returns are not accepted for custom-made jewels & due to hygiene reasons our earrings are also non-refundable.
