My order has not arrived yet, can you help?
For the duration of the pandemic, Royal Mail are understandably offering a slower service than usual. This is due to staff shortages and a much higher volume of mail.
We are finding that some mail 1st class mail is taking up to 21 days to arrive. Other parcels are arriving next day, so it’s difficult to say exactly when it will arrive. There may just be an issue with Royal Mail on your parcel’s journey.
These are unprecedented times and I can assure you that this is not normal practice. Royal Mail are working tirelessly to get your mail to you as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
A gift message can be added to your order in your shopping cart. Once you have selected the products you would like to order, head to the cart page to review your order.
On the cart page, you can select 'Leave a note' to add a message onto the shipping note for your recipient.
I am sending a gift to a friend, can you exclude the price on the receipt?
No problem, our dispatch notes never include pricing details so you do not need to specifically request this.
How can I make a purchase?
Click on the 'Add to cart' button on the product page to add items to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click the shopping bag icon at the top right-hand corner of the page.
The following cards are accepted at our checkout: Apple Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta.
Please be sure to check your full name and address when placing your order.
If you have placed an order for an item on pre-order, you item will be shipped when it becomes available, the estimated shipping dates will be specified on the product page of the item you have ordered so please refer to this for more information.
If you have ordered multiple items and inlcuding an item on pre-order, we typically ship the whole order together once the pre-order item becomes available, we do this in order to cut down on waste of sending multiple packages with packaging materials. Please let us know if you wish to have your orders shipped seperately.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
This does not apply to pre-order designs, please refer to the individual product page for estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders.

For FREE POSTAGE spend £45.00 and over. Postage will automatically be deducted at checkout.
If you are placing an order to be sent outside of the UK, you will be charged the International Shipping rate of £8.95.

Please note customs charges/taxes are not included in the international delivery cost. Since leaving the EU, parcels may be subject to customs fees in some countries, which will be charged to the recipient. Charges vary from country to country so please be aware of this when ordering.
How do I return my order?

Can I exchange an item from my order?
Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting exchanges. Instead you can return your order for a refund and place a new order.
