In light of COVID-19, some peace of mind

29 April 2020

We're still delivering

Thank you for stopping by and supporting my small business. I hope you and your loved ones are keeping well during these uncertain times.

We're currently still accepting and delivering online orders, whilst keeping in line with government guidance.

All of your orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, you may experience some delays with their service at this time. They are currently dealing with staff shortages, therefore, post in some areas of the UK is taking much longer than usual. We are finding that deliveries are taking anything between 1-14 days to arrive. Royal Mail are working tirelessly to get your mail to you as soon as possible, please be patient with them in these unprecedented times.

If you order no more than four (4) items, then your package will be small enough to fit through a standard-size letterbox. This means that you will not have to make any collections from your local delivery office or worry about opening your door to couriers.

Extended returns

For the duration of the pandemic, I have extended our usual 28-day returns period to 60 days. This applies to all orders placed between 12 March and the 8th July 2020. I want to give you peace of mind when you order your jewellery, in case you can't make it to the post office during this difficult period.

To minimise the risk of spreading the virus, avoid wearing rings for this duration. Put them away in a safe place ― ready to enjoy again when this is all over.

Thank you again for supporting small
