Shipping & Returns

Our last Christmas order date for the UK is before midnight on the 19/12/12 and orders placed after this date will not be dispatched until 3/1/12. If you are in need of some lovely Junk Jewels in time for Xmas after our last posting date then please send us an email and we will see how we can help info@junkjewels.co.uk.

Unfortunately it is now too late to post any orders outside of the UK in time for Christmas.

 

UK Orders


Postage is only £1.50 for UK orders and usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep.

Overseas

If you are placing an order to be sent outside of the UK, you will be charged the International Shipping rate of £2.50. Orders sent to Western Europe usually arrive within 5-7 working days, Eastern Europe 4-6 working days and the rest of the world 7-10 working days, following the day of order placed. Junk Jewels cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched to overseas locations. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery that may occur due to postal delays in other countries or forces beyond our control.  

Exchanges & Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. Send an email titled 'Junk Jewels Return/Exchange' to info@junkjewels.co.uk and let us know that your item/s are on it's way. We accept returns or exchanges for all unworn items within 7 working days of the shipping date.

You must send your unworn jewels back to us at the following address:

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Please include your full name, email and postal address within your return and remember to pay the correct postage costs (Our packages are usually sent with a Large 1st class stamp). Any returns sent with the incorrect postage stamps will not reach us and therefore your refund will not be completed.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made jewels & due to hygeine reasons our earrings are also non-refundable.
