How to Purchase your Junk Jewels Online
Click on the 'Add to cart' button next to the jewel to add items to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click the 'Checkout' button at the top right hand corner of the page which will lead you to the Paypal website where you may log into your personal account to send a secure payment. If you do not have a Paypal account you may click on the 'Dont have a Paypal account?' link at the bottom left corner of the page to complete the purchase using a debit or credit card. The following cards are accepted on Paypal: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta.
Orders purchased with an e-cheque will be dispatched once the payment has cleared. This can take up to 10 working days. So, if you are in a hurry to receive your order please avoid paying by e-cheque and use a direct Paypal payment or a credit/debit card instead.
Please be sure to check your full name and address when placing your order.
Other ways to pay
If you wish to pay with a cheque then please make it payable to 'Junk Jewels'. Your cheque must be written in UK Pounds Sterling and sent with a note of your order, your full name, address, phone number and email address to; Junk Jewels, 41 West Hill, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8JN. You will be sent a confirmation email upon receipt and your jewels will be dispatched once your payment has cleared. If you wish to send a cheque in Euros for an order to be sent outside of the UK then please email us on info@junkjewels.co.uk for further instruction.
Custom Made
Want something that’s not available online or you have seen on our stall at Portobello? We can custom make jewels to suit your needs, all you have to do is get in touch and we'll see what we can do! Junk Jewels offers a pick n' mix service, so any charm that’s on a necklace can be put on to a bracelet and vice versa. We can also create a charm necklace/bracelet with any number of charms shown on the website. Alternatively visit our new website www.DesignYourJunkJewels.com.
If you require a specific chain length or bracelet size then all you have to do is ask! Email us on info@junkjewels.co.uk with your ideas. Custom-made jewels are non-refundable.
